Passt zu Salaten, Nudel- und Reisgerichten, Pizza u.v.a. Gibt all diesen Speisen ein unverwechselbares Aroma.
Inhalt: ca. 1.000 Korn. Aussaat: März bis September.
Anbauberater-Tip
Rucola hat ein relativ hohes Wasserbedürfnis. Stehen die Pflanzen zu trocken, gehen sie schneller in Blüte und die Blätter schmecken scharf.
