Ab März bis Mai ins Freiland, in Töpfe oder Frühbeete.
Saatgut breitwürfig oder Körner im Abstand von 5 – 10 cm auslegen, mit Erde bedecken und feucht halten. Die Keimung erfolgt nach ca. 2 Wochen bei einer optimalen Temperatur von 18 °C.
