Mangold Rhubarb Chard Bio – Beta vulgaris
Relativ frosttolerante, rotstielige Sorte. Verwendung der Blätter wie Spinat und der Stängel wie Spargel. Die rote Farbe bleibt beim Kochen erhalten.
Aussaat:
März bis Juli in Reihen von 30-35 cm Abstand. Nicht zu dicht säen, da ansonsten ein Vereinzeln auf einen Abstand von 15 cm in der Reihe nötig ist.
Standort:
Sonne bis Halbschatten, stellt kaum Ansprüche
Ernte:
Fortlaufend von Juni bis Oktober
