Gewöhnlicher Koriander Bio – Coriandrum sativum
Einjährig, ca. 20-30 cm hoch, aromatischer und sehr würziger Geschmack. Kleinfrüchtige Selektion mit hohem Gehalt an ätherischen Ölen. Spät schossend, sehr blattreich. Gedeiht auch in Töpfen sehr gut.
Aussaat:
April bis Ende Juni. Reihenabstand 25 cm, in der Reihe 10-15 cm.
Standort:
Windgeschützt, sonnig bis halbschattig.
Ernte:
Blätter und Samen (ca. 4-6 Wochen nach Aussaat)
