Anbauberater-Tip
Salat wird oft zu eng (Mindestabstand 25 x 25 cm, besser 30 x 30 cm) und zu tief gepflanzt. Von dem Erdtopf der Jungpflanze sollte mindestens ein Drittel über der Erdoberfläche stehen. Sonst kommt es zu einer schlechteren Kopfbildung und die Gefahr für Salatfäulen steigt an. Soweit als möglich nicht direkt über die Köpfe gießen.
