Kerbel Massa – Anthriscus cerefolium var. cerefolium
Mooskrauser Kerbel, einjährig, ca. 20 – 40 cm hoch. Feines ätherisches Aroma, Verwendung als Würzkraut in Suppen, Salaten, Saucen (Frankfurter Grüne Soße) und Kräuterbutter.
Aussaat:
Ab März – April, 10 – 15 cm Reihenabstand
Lichtkeimer, Samen daher nicht mit Erde bedecken
Standort:
Sonne bis Halbschatten. Humusreicher Boden mit ausreichender Wasserversorgung.
Ernte:
Beginnt ca. 45 bis 60 Tage nach der Aussaat
