Traditionelle, mittelfrühe Sorte, die für die Verbeitung des Broccoli wegweisend war. In der Kultur ist Broccoli weniger anspruchsvoll als Blumenkohl.
Aussaat:
Voranzucht ab Februar, im Freiland von April bis Juni.
Keimt bei 15- 20 °C innerhalb von 8-12 Tagen. Saattiefe 1 cm, im Abstand von 50 x 50 cm.
Standort:
Sonne bis Halbschatten. Nährstoff- und humusreicher Boden.
Ernte:
Mai bis Oktober
