Aromatische Kräuterpflanze für Tees, Getränke, oder als Gewürz. Wächst ca. 30 cm hoch. Minze breitet sich stark durch Rhizome aus!
Aussaat:
Ab März ins Frühbeet, ab April ins Freiland. Lichtkeimer.
Reihenabstand ca. 25 – 30 cm, in der Reihe ca. 25 cm. Keimdauer ca. 2 Wochen bei einer optimalen Temperatur von 20 °C.
Standort:
Sonne bis Halbschatten. Nährstoffreicher, humoser, durchlässiger Boden. Frisch bis feucht, aber Staunässe vermeiden.
